Ordering Guidelines & Policies

Ordering: We request 48 hours notice for all orders. Menu items are seasonal and subject to availability.

Last Minute Requests: If you can be flexible in regards to menu selection and timing, we can happily accommodate you, at no extra charge.

Delivery: Delivery & simple set-up is $25. All other delivery charges will be based upon distance from our kitchen, order weight & size and day of the week. We will arrange for your delivery and provide an estimated delivery fee when you place your order.
Pricing: Food is sold per person or by the piece. Some package menus are available. Prices and menus are subject to change based on seasonality and availability.
Cancellation Policy: All Cool Food boxed items are prepared to order, therefore we enforce a 24-hour cancellation policy of 75%. Same day cancellations are billed in full.

Party Stylist: In addition to providing the food, our creative services are available to help you transform your buffet tables into something wonderful and glorious - something that looks like Cool Food. We will go to the event site for an initial consultation, and prepare the table the day of the party. This service is based on a 2-hour minimum, $75 per hour. We will work with your own accessories, or we can bring our platters, fabrics and greenery for an additional charge.
